for this we have to apologize to you, but development of split kiteboards will be never ending process. Hard for us is that some wrong decision will show the problem to us in next couple months. Few weeks ago we received another reclamation for the board, what was made in same time like yours. In this period we tried to using special epoxy for the edges and around the joint system. Now we can see, that it was a mistake and I suppose that we will received more reclamation.
Positive news is, that in September we found new material what we start using for edges and into the carbon joint system is some kind of polyurethane from the boat industry and the features are excellent! Now we have only positive feedback on it.
What is strange, that the cracked the iron centre of the handle.
Your board is still under warranty. Please can you send us your current address we will send you new board re volt in size 136 x 41 and new handle.
